Why Chatham

Chatham is located at intersections of Foulk and Silverside Roads in Wilmington, Delaware (19803).

With 235 homes, Chatham is one of the larger neighborhoods in North Wilmington. Magness Construction began building various models on spacious lots in 1959 and completed the project in 1962. Since then, thousands of people have called Chatham home and enjoyed the quiet suburban setting it provides.

The Brandywine School District provides public education for children living in Chatham. See the Links page for the feeder pattern and school web sites.
